Wins today

ugh they feel a little on the low side compared to Monday.

Completed my financial aid documents ( I will literally have to sell a kidney and our first born to ever be out of debt to the government, but by god I'll have an education)
Went to dinner with my friend Katrina- it was fun, we went to the casino. She lives in a very chic single girl apartment downtown so we just walk.
I am going to go do my Wii after I get done with this post. Especially since I ate out twice today.

Ok so now that I got through that I fell better, there were more wins in there then I originally thought. Oh 1 more, I didn't get on the scale a single time yesterday, I'm getting a little obsessed with it and I need to take a break from those numbers.

you already lost them anyways right? So I am going to do a week of wins. I get to choose what my win is, there is no real definition other than I say it is! You can make your own wins. Maybe you didn't eat that handful of M&M's ( you only ate like 5 instead OK) or you emptied the dishwasher before the sink filled up with dirties or even something big. It is just a good motivational tool and I am going to practice it.
Wins today:
Started summer school!
Rode the spin bike 15 miles: that is not easy and I did that in an hour! I am working toward a goal of 300 miles!
Ate all my Jenny Craig food instead of eating out!
Finished my homework.

hangin' in Reno
This weekend was really nice. I went spinning and then came home and did a little yard work with Matt. We went out the the Legends, which is like an out door shopping mall, and shopped around. We then met up with our friends and had dinner on the patio. The sun was shining and the breeze was just right. We could see all of Reno from our table. I had an ice cold margarita (or 2) and it was very enjoyable.

I'm back

Well I am almost done with this semester. Only 2 weeks left. And in 1 year from now I will be graduating! Yes! So I can actually get back to blogging every now and then. Roxy is doing well she is all better from her surgery. Our grass is finally turning green so summer is just around the corner. I am going to summer school so I can get ahead a little. I'm back on my Jenny Craiger's so I can try and look good for summer, it's going well. I have also been spinning, and that is pretty fun (ok it's not fun, but it's no horrible either). So not too much news.
